We’re after a great Sales Team Manager to join our already well-established and successful Telemarketing Team.
Responsible for the performance and development of a team of 8-12 Sales Consultants, you’re going to be an excellent motivator and sales coach capable of helping your team hit its sales targets.
With a basic starting salary of £35,000 you should expect to earn £50,000+ based on the success you deliver through your team.

Job requirements
What you will bring to the team as part of the role:
- Leadership and Inspiration: Manage and motivate a team of 8-12 Sales Consultants, helping them achieve their sales targets.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular 1-1 reviews focusing on sales performance, productivity, and call quality, setting realistic targets and objectives.
- Coaching: Using our cutting-edge AI capabilities coach and develop team members to be best in class when it comes to the sales process.
- Adaptable Leadership: Demonstrate leadership by adapting your approach to suit different team members' personalities.
- Motivation and Resilience: Build a strong, motivated, and resilient team through various methods and approaches.
- Excellent Communication: Use outstanding written and verbal communication skills to enhance results, develop the team, and maintain morale.
