Come and join Sitters, the 288 Group's Babysitting Agency Division; we are a leading UK independent childcare introduction agency, employing 10 people and providing our services to thousands of parents nationwide.

We are inviting candidates to join our Customer Service Team, where you will be required to deliver a professional level of Customer Service, always putting our customers at the forefront of every decision you make, using your initiative to inform and support our parents and sitters alike


  • Be the first point of contact for enquiries, received via email, other channels and incoming telephone messages, always providing 1st class customer service both written and verbally
  • Manage customer issues professionally and efficiently, always seeking a first time resolution where appropriate
  • Introduce our parents to the service and take responsibility of customer queries, having a positive approach to improve their customer journey
  • We are looking to fill a part-time vacancy offering:
      • 24 hours work per week between 9.30 and 16.30 on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
      • to include 1x Out of Hours shift (16.30 – 20.30) to cover Wednesday evening from home
      • Out of Hours cover for at least 6x weekends per year from home, notified in advance
      • Additional overtime on occasion
      • A mixture of office and home working depending on the shift requirements

  • Experience working in a customer service environment, delivering high levels of customer service
  • Ability to maintain records with good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to problem solve using your own initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all other departments and our customers
  • Computer literate
  • GCSE Maths & English A-C or equivalent
