Job description
Starting salary £28,000 + tech allowance (with review after 6 months)
3 days in office, with option of max. 2 days WFH after training period.
Start Date: Immediate / After Graduation
As a Trainee Business Process Analyst, you will support the business across a wide range of requirements, including reporting, process control and analysis; creating and implementing custom user-built, “low code” apps. You will also be involved developing suitable AI integrations across the business.
Responsibilities
Work with users to scope and define specific requirements, including:
Business information reporting
AI solutions
Workflow tools
Business analysis
Develop apps in Quickbase (www.quickbase.com) a “low-code” database and analysis tool
Train users and manage roll-out of new Quickbase apps
Support and administer existing Quickbase apps
About you
You are likely to be a recent or upcoming graduate with an excellent degree that demonstrates a strong analytical nature
At least 3 Grade Bs at A-Level (or equivalent) and GCSE Maths Grade A (7+)
Strong Excel skills
Have a clear analytical mind
Have excellent verbal communication skills
Have an interest in AI adoption
Whilst there is no requirement to write code in this role, a basic understanding of relational database structures would be an advantage

Training & Development
We’ll help you complete the Quickbase Expert Builder Certification during your first 3 months’ employment, at the expense of 288 Group.
In addition, you will have access to a variety of personal development and management training programmes run for graduates and junior managers in the company.
As your experience develops, you will be tasked with more significant projects. Many of these may form an integral part of our 5-year systems transition programme that will see 288 Group completely change its underlying IT systems and many associated business processes.
