The Role: Customer Support Assistant
Hours: 8:45am – 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday (with one set day off during the week)
Salary: £24,684 per year
This role is designed as a stepping stone into our Customer Services Advisor position.
⭐ After 6 months, you will progress into a Customer Services Advisor role, where you’ll further develop your skills and take on additional responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Achieving Targets: Work toward clear, achievable service targets.
